We continue serialization of Empowered vol. 12, which proved to be the final volume of the series in this specific graphic-novel format, though I was unaware of that unfortunate reality when I started work on the book.

Panel 1: I'm quite sure that Emp's whimsical spelling out of the letters in the abbreviation "TBH" will offend somebody out there—or at least that one charming fellow who pops into the comment section every few months to bitch and moan about the way I write dialogue. Enjoy, sir!

Next week on the webcomic, brace for the kickoff of vol.12's mandatory(?) dose of damsel-in-distress cheesecakery, folks—though, this final time around, there is in fact a greater point to the imagery we'll be seeing. No, really!
